rules.
1. Don't request graphics for the same story from us and another site at the same time. It's not fair to both sites and you'll end up on the blacklist. Requesting from us if you already have graphics made by another site is included in this rule, but you won't get blacklisted for it. You will just recieve a warning and your request canceled. But, if you do it more than once, you WILL be blacklisted.
2. Please provide a valid e-mail so that, if need be, we can contact you.
3. When you pick-up your one-shot/review/graphics, leave a message in the tagboard to let us know. (Comment on winglin too if it's a one-shot.)
4. If you aren't satisfied with your one-shot,score in the review or graphics, please do NOT bash the author, reviewer, designer or site or leave any messages of dissatisfaction in the tagboard. Have some respect and e-mail us directly at impeccablemelodies@hotmail.com. Break this rule and prepare to be blacklisted immediately.
5. For your story to be eligible for a review, it must have at least four chapters (not including the forewords), but it can be no longer than 25 chapters. This doesn't apply to one-shots.
6. If you don't comment on your one-shot, post your review or use the poster/background within TWO weeks, you will be blacklisted. Our staff members work hard and their work should be appreciated.
7. When you request a one-shot or review and want to pick a specific writer or reviewer, be sure to check their profile. Some of our staff are uncomfortable with certain themes and will NOT read and review or write stories with those themes. If you ignore this rule, you will be given any staff member.
8. If you don't want to apply for you/celeb one-shots, you can request a celeb couple one-shot (ex: YunJae, etc.). If you are requesting a celeb couple one-shot, include the groups that each person is in (if they are in groups). In the extras, let us know about any changes you want us to make to their lives (ex: they aren't celebrities anymore).
9. Staff members have 2-3 (4 at the most) weeks to complete ONE request. Be aware that if a staff member has more than one request, they will be given more time to complete all of them; therefore, if you are last in the list for that staff member, it may take a little bit longer for your request to be completed. Please be patient.
10. Don't remove the credit on the poster/background or we will blacklist you.
11. 5 characters maximum in a poster. This rule doesn't apply to pictures of the groups themselves. If you exceed the 5 character limit, you give us and the designer the liberty to choose pictures for you. This also applys to not providing a picture of a fictional character.
12. If you request a review/graphic/one-shot or apply for a position, please tag us in the tagboard so we know to check our e-mail. You will get faster service this way.
13. After you recieve your graphics, you MUST use them and post credit in a new chapter within two weeks or be blacklisted.
14. When you request from a specific staff member, remember to check the status page to see how many requests they already have to complete. No staff member will have more than 5 (4 for graphic designers) requests at a time. If you ignore this rule, you will be given any staff member.
