So, So, So Sorry!

I know that I've been slacking as a webmistress lately everyone and I apologize greatly. You guys are PROBABLY wondering why I've been MIA as of late, not updating the site and everything. Well, I applied for this program and next year, I will be living in Japan. All the stuff I had to do for that (application, three essays and a letter), studying for multiple SATIIs and finals coming up have taken over my life and I put IM on the backburner. I'm really sorry.

I've come to the conclusion to do this. I'm going to cancel all outstanding requests from the end of last year/beginning of this year. That will leave you guys free to go to other more active sites or to re-request from us if you prefer. So, I'm thinking anything from January, February and March and prior to those months will be canceled. Then, the choice is yours. I'm really sorry about this, but everything is just so hectic and I don't want to keep you guys waiting still.

KPOP Glow Collaboration

Sorry that the site has been quiet these days, everyone. A lot has gone on in my life recently, both good and bad and I haven't been on top of my webmistress game. Some quick updates for all of you. Requests are backed up a bit, but will be done ASAP. I'm trying to sort out everything as much and as quickly as I can. Secondly, IM has recently finalized a collaboration with the awesome forum that is KPOP Glow. It's a forum for fans of all KPOP and other Asian music. Go check it out. They are in the midst of a DBSK Always Keep the Faith subbing project and if you are interested in helping, I suggest you check it out! That's all for now, I guess. Keep on smiling! =)

I'm really sad to say this, but we have some staff leaving us this month. Cassie'sHottestVIP, Reiko and Yoonhee will be leaving due to studies and busy lives outside of IM. I completely understand guys, but I'm still sad to see you go! We'll miss you and we hope that everything works out for you. What this means for the site, however, is that we are re-opening applications for writers! Be it rated, yaoi, yuri or all of the above, we accept all applications.

Also, once again, we are extending the deadline for challenges. This will be the last time we do this. It's just that when only two or three people submit, it's not really a challenge, now is it? So, the deadline will be April 30th! Thank you!

winglin is back! plus important announcements!

sooo as you know winglin is back! i am sooooo happy about that. i've been missing that site a lot. but what is quite disappointing is the fact that it is still the same old winglin....i mean, come on. considering the amount of time they were gone, they should have come back with a new, crazy cool layout and whatnot. Well, whatevers. Anyways, with the return of winglin means the return of requests. But, some of you already knew that and have started requesting again. ^^

new layout and announcements.

Quick announcements. As you all know, winglin is down at the moment and has been for a few weeks. They had better come back with the craziest upgrades because this is ridiculous. Anyway, until Winglin comes back, we're going to try to finish up on all the requests that are still pending as quickly as possible. I will be personally e-mailing all staff to see how they are doing with their requests and if you have any questions, just e-mail me directly at impeccablemelodies@hotmail.com. New requests are going to be put on hold, of course.

Okay, so as you can see, we have a new layout and I really do love it. Or did. You see, I requested this layout before the recent madness concerning Park Jaebeom, 2PM and JYP and now that I have it, I can't bear to look at it without my heart breaking and my stomach turning in disgust. JYP has lied, slandered and destroyed our leader's name and has dragged the other members down into his bullshit. I watch old videos of the boys and feel like crying, because I miss that 2PM. This layout will remain up in respect of the hard work Chazzie put into it and in the memory of 2PM. Because all that is alive now is 6PM. And I don't think I will be able to support them, at least not right now.

If you are one of those people who feel that my stance means I was never a true Hottest and just a Jaebeom fan, then please understand this. I would fight this hard for ANY member of 2PM because that is what a true Hottest is. Someone who knows the power of 7, not 6, being 1. People have said that I and others like me are selfishly and unfairly throwing away the 6 for the 1. No, what I am doing is choosing the 7 over the 6. 2PM over 6PM. I do wish them luck, I really do. But I am a 2PM fan and as I've said before, it may take a while before I can control my emotions and look at them the same way again.

Note: These are just my feelings. Do not bash the site in anger at my opinion or you will be blacklisted.
